this wk has been quite happening eh. like we met up with clarine and zhun twice in a wk.. more than we have in the past term or sth. and i wanted to blog aft tues. but too lazy and tired. was mentioning tt i havent seen tt familiar old frown by zhun in a long while. heh. only appears when she's at the timpani. hoho. and it was nice seeing like almost the entire batch again :D only it was such a pity tt we din haf dinner/lunch with the entire bunch as planned. i conclude yday was a gd yet bad day.. with all tt happened.
oh yah. and hy and i tried to talk to clarooo. and she daoed us. quite unfun. must haf been sleeping. you go to bed earlier ah. must try to sleep. stave off coffee for awhile? -winks- you must be alert and awake during the next batch outing ah. whenever that is. yeah.

i admit i havent been keeping contact with you all... only constantly living in my little japanese world lol but when we meet in sch during times like running to the parade sq in the morning during lectures during pe lessons or in the canteen theres still so many hugs and smiles oh man i still loveeee you all! prom prom prommmm lets all sit tgt at one table? the rg batch 03 table lolol... and book a room and play bridge 24/7 yipppeeeee~!!

lol. i bet the anon person is pleased that he/she/it has created such a furore on our blog! anw i'm pleased that we're so lively now!! oh mann, does it sound like i'm the anon person o_O? well i'm not.
anw i'm so happily excited about tmr. despite the fact that i have no instrument. it's in RI. with MY mouthpiece (yes MINE) my silver cloth and all my reeds and my saliva cloth -ewwww. and my ligature!! ok i feel spas that i returned the instrument with all my stuff. dotty dot. so either i don't play tmr or i borrow a reed. or steal a reed, more like. then i'll prob be damnn airy. but who knows, rg keeps their reeds better than rj. muahaha.. rj qms ahh, u all should buck up =P

ah but ssato doesn't usually have a fiery temper, you just pissed her off that's all :) and beware, when you piss an entire batch of girls, especially if they're from rgs band, you're in for hell. you wouldn't like to be on the receiving end. :)
ah but let bygones be bygones. except that a lesson we all should learn, is never ever to pre-judge people based on what you hear from other people, and then declaring it on their blog. ya? :) and we do like all our band boys (am i the only one who thinks band boys is funny?) haha but not in a romantic sense. they're all just our friends :) and seriously, when you spend almost half your jc life with a bunch of people making good musictogether, eating together, studying together, meeting up and having fun, what do you expect? we don't flirt my dear. they're our friends. and if talking to guys means w're flirts, then i have nothing to say. but let's find a definition of flirt shall we:

Modern texts are bloody nice. I love Heart of Darkness, Brave New World and The Caretaker. Lord of the Flies and 1984 rock too. Also, I watched The Island and was impressed by the attention paid to detail. It's quite similar to BNW actually, esp the designation of jobs and functions and all the sterility and sanitisation. Watch out for juxtaposition and stuff. Actually I want to re-watch it because it was sci-fi and as a rule I watch sci-fi on my own first before I watch with others, but I watched this with my sister, my maid and her bf so it wasn't so enjoyable since they didn't really get the movie... Hai.

hey all.
yday i was feeling gd. our dear batch was happily chatting online. it seemed like the good ol' times. high, happy and comfortable with each other's presence (even if it was only online) and we were all anticipating our upcoming outings with each other. wasnt it jus great. the entries were so different, and yet so similar all at once. and px's entry is so simple yet sweet. now i'm gg ruin tt rather happy and optimistic mood here. but it's OUR blog and OUR batch. and i'm gg type down what needs to be said.
realised that THAT tag came only after the multiple entries that we posted yesterday. so i presume that it was because of what we posted. what is it that made us appear like 'flirts'? loving our batch? loving the band that we belonged to? loving mr oura for who he is? for having the liberty to love everyone around us in our tiny community? we are flirts because we love and are loved in return? i wonder who hitches up with who. i wonder who's being scandalous. since you know we are rg band girls, let me issue a caveat here. we dun hook up with one another. ie. we are STRAIGHT. a stranger who doesnt even know us can just pass such a comment, hurting the batch's integrity and honour in the process. i don't understand it. maybe xy would like to enlighten me with another excerpt frm the heart of darkness.
this is OUR blog. it may be public. but it's a way of interacting with the batch now that we are all away from each other. i wonder why people who cant even identify with us/identify us can even write such a thing. i thought such bad comments were only reserved for the after syf period.

anyway haha this is quite cool... all of us blogging at almost the same time. xinyi i like that heart of darkness passage! :) haha my lit texts have the same themes are identity, appearance vs reality and revenge and all that crap like that.. aiyah i think it's quite sad that we ppl sometimes have quite absurdist conversations like:

oh well. whatever. anyway... haha we are not having a date on the 26 july ah? anyway i'm like moving chairs for my school's arts fest performance next week and i realise like a spoilt percussionists i've never really moved chairs, not even during cadenza VII. haha so during the rehearsals while i was moving chairs i started thinking abt cadenza VII. haha we were such young and funny little kids then. and this saturday we'll be there as 18-year-olds. somehow i feel like i've aged but yet i;ve not at the same time u get what i mean? haha it's so strange... aiyah sometimes it's quite sad that things are not really teh same anymore nor can it always remain like that... like eventually we have to abandon whatever we want and like to fit into that mould that society has made for us. actually not i have no idea what i'm rambling abt
anyway haha paula get well soon. being sick sucks big time. yeah. haha can;t wait to see u ppl next sat... and bring some cards? bridge! was explaining to my friend the philosophy of bridge and why it's such a nice game... haha i guess it;s cos i remember saturday sessions of bridge with huiyan and co and haha the time tse min and i pon pe lesson to play bridge with xinyi and iris (who ponned also) during the 1st block. haha and iris and i were mad enough to bid 6 diamonds. of cos xinyi and tsemin thrashed us. haha. and how haha we refuse to leave the school till we win a set or something. and arlin and my theory abt how if the dummy is in a specific position in the band room a win for it is guaranteed... and clarine playing bridge with 3 dummies!! and liu rui, xinyi and i playing the retarded psychic game where one of us will pick a card and the other will try to pick a card of the same suite. gosh! haha and my sectionals spent playing bridge (but i guess that was the luxury of the percussion section) aiyah haha were we retarded or something? yeah i know peixuan always seem to win. ??? magical powers.
anyway please do not be sick on 30 july. or else i'll go the step further to kill you! muahahaha. and haha paula that's a pretty serious pack... do u make ur potential boyfriends swear to that or sth? haha.

anw i'm still syf-sad =( nvm. i think jc life very horrible. because we are all wonderful rg batchmates but we become rivals in the stupid competition. no one can be happy cos someone will always lose and we'll always noe someone in the other bands. sadistic. like heart of darkness.

haha. kk. here i am again. i think the conspiracy is really dying. it's mostly the 2 of us, xy... heh. wad a large entry on the wasbe thingie. i missed everything. which is quite sad. i wonder when such a golden opportunity will present itself before us again. just reading the entry was eye-opening enough.

haha.. guess the littty pple conspiracy not working =( anw wanted to go for fiesta ytd cos clarine is playing!! and cos rg is playing.. hahas.. miss mr oura =( irrelevantly i saw him today!! he's so cute. anw i swear clarine is daoing us cos of the pink episode. ohhh wasbe wk was so exciting.. hy and i went for like wat 10 concerts? okk la no la, we went for ours (sywo - duhh!), Republic of Korea Navy Band(which was shockingly in tune and weelll, military-ish), Senzoku Gakuen (that i went wif clarine), Boston Brass masterclass (which was BRILLIANTE.. and yaa i noe i dun play a brass instru and the masterclass kinda made me want to play the tpt or horn.. hahass.. nooooo clar rawkz!!), china youth corp (which is from taiwan which sounds 0_O shall i say s'pore standard.. hahas.), pacific (proudly canadian ehh?), iywo (shenn for a youth band), tkwo!!! (or shall i put TOKWO as dey say in their pamphlet - erpshx. and as usual dey're wonderfull). i'm so sad i missed the boston brass and frysk fanfaree.. i heard it was damn good =( and i'm so sad i missed north brine frm germany... i heard dey were superb too.. aiyaa i guess s'pore juz sux den in comparison all the bands sooooooo zai =D post-wasbe highh.
okks now i haf nothing to look forward to =( except the 30th july concert!!! we must haf lots of funn okk!!! and clarine can take all the revenge she wants.. ah our blog is alive again! how very exciting :D how come clarine isn't making any noise? :( haha okok so set? lunch at lido! then concert then dinner/supper at glutton's bay? so exciting!! :D hahaha. i really can't wait to see all of you again, had so much fun the last time we had batch outing. quick 30th july come!
ok as you can see i'm very high now. guess why? why why why? haha cos i just watched this really nice jap show that all of you must watch! it's called pride and has takuyakimura in it! :) whoopee. which explains my high-ness. ok i've gone completely mad, just ask the pple in rj. :) okok till 30th july, study hard everybody! i will miss you till then :)

hello ppl! haha haven't been here for a while too! i shall try to stick to tse min and xinyi's conspiracy to make this a lit blog! litters rock! (haha no pun intended by unfortunately...) haha sorry feeling super pro-lit today cos i finally saw the light of my lit text! :) what a great feeling.
and guess what ppl? clarine said that she didn't hear our fourth trombone from the right thing! i think the only one she heard was the may yee you chio bu one! (selective hearing) haha. anyway wanted to ask if anyone going for fiesta this sunday but realised that i can't go either cos i promised my friend to go for some columbia university talk. MUAHAHAHA. this is super amusing like i can even go there in the first place... anyway. i've just been told today that arts pple have no future in SIngapore. unless they do econs in university. I am SUPER sad! haha looks like i can really be the sweeper for tokyo kosei after all.

anyway, i was thinking right, for all of us who are going for the rgs anniversary concert, we should all go for supper at glutton's bay near esplanade! cos i heard the view is quite good and then we can catch up after such a long time :)

lit students rule!! yea. haha. okk. i shall report on the nj concert!! clarine must be pleased to seee us =) clarine must be pleased we yelled her name like several times during the concert. clarine must be pleased with our pink note and pink flower in a purple bouquet. and of cos clarine must be pleased that huiyan proposed to her. (hey. now i'm jealous *mutterss *) anw, hy and i have decided to be hardworking!! yay. and since i ponned sch and had lots of time today, i wanted to do some work. (like find out what the hell poisson is) BUT.. BUT... i'll start next wk *beams* okk, everyone must work doubly triply quadruply (someone ask me to stopp..) hard for prelims!! we must start early. hey. realised i havent posted in some time. shall attempt to turn this into the lit peoples' blog again. cts are over. was just wondering if anybody has kicked our bad batch habit. cos i certainly havent. and it's super bad. eating and eating and eating and eating and eating. and not moving. i'll turn into a pig even before i know it. help! anybody solved tt prob? prelims and 'a's are coming up. heh. i forsee the situation becoming worse. bah. it's almost a month and i havent stopped pigging. urgh. bad bad bad bad bad.
